Coolcucumber.tv has this week launched the first in a series of exclusive interviews with chefs from the top rated establishments in the latest The Waitrose Good Food Guide.
In the second year of its tie--in with the long--established food guide, Coolcucumber.tv will be counting down The Waitrose Good Food Guide’s Top Ten, releasing a new interview each week.
The series starts at number 10 with The Ledbury in London, where chef Brett Graham tells food and drink presenter Roy Ackerman about starting his career in a local café, his continuing search for interesting cuts of meat, and talks desserts and lovage ice cream.
